Why me?

I struggled with binge eating for over 20 years.

I had tried everything to find a sustainable way of eating, calorie counting, macro counting, cheat meals, dieting, Keto, juicing, intermittent fasting, with none of these approaches lasting permanently. 

It was only when I stopped trying to control food with willpower and started doing the work underneath, combining Intuitive Eating with NLP, the cycle ended.
